I’m Matthew Rodenbough — the builder, operator, and entrepreneur behind Rodenbough Ventures LLC. What started with a passion for running equipment and getting jobs done right has grown into a business built on precision, integrity, and hustle. 

In excavation, grading, and construction, I believe details matter. From laser-guided accuracy on a foundation pad to the way a job site is left clean at the end of the day, my focus is on doing it right the first time. My values are simple: work hard, be honest, treat people right, and deliver results that last.

I’m not in business to be average — I’m here to raise the standard. That means clear communication with my clients, fair pricing, and standing behind every project. Whether it’s preparing a steel building site, hauling and placing road base, or turning raw ground into something ready for the future, my goal is to give every customer confidence that they chose the right partner.

Outside of work, I’m just as driven. I’m passionate about cars, craftsmanship, and building things that stand out — whether it’s a one-of-a-kind project truck or a showpiece Porsche. That same mindset carries over into my business: bold, precise, and built to last.
